Vs. the average

Most people get 15-20% of their invitations accepted. We run at 29-38%. The difference isn't a trick or sending more — it's the structure of the message.

01The 5 templates that actually work

Golden rule: the first message doesn't sell. It opens a conversation. Personalise whatever is in brackets. Never send it as-is.

Template 1 · The common groundHi [name], I see you're also deep in [industry/topic]. [Something real from their profile or company] caught my eye. I'm connecting with people in the sector — good to have you here.
Template 2 · The genuine questionHi [name], quick question — does [company] handle [specific process/challenge] in-house or outsource it? I'm mapping how people in your position solve it. Thanks in advance.
Template 3 · The recognitionHi [name], I came across your profile and what you're doing at [company] looks solid, especially [concrete detail]. Sending the invite to follow what you share.
Template 4 · The no-strings resourceHi [name], I put together something that might help with [result that matters to their role] — no agenda, happy to share it if you're interested. Would that be useful?
Template 5 · The respectful directHi [name], I'll be transparent: I help [type of business] achieve [concrete result]. I don't know whether it makes sense for [company], but I'd rather ask you directly than assume. Worth a short conversation?

02The 3 mistakes that sink you

Mistake 1 · Selling in the first message"Hi, we offer [service], shall we book a call?" → Instant rejection. Nobody buys from a stranger who showed up selling. Open the conversation first.
Mistake 2 · The robotic copy-paste"Dear professional, I hope this message finds you well…" → It reads as mass-sent from a mile away. Decision-makers get 15 of these a day and delete them. Personalise at least ONE real line.
Mistake 3 · The essayThree paragraphs explaining your whole life and your service. → Nobody reads that from a stranger. 2 or 3 lines max. Your goal isn't to close in the message, it's to earn the reply.

P.S. — read this

Having the templates is one thing. Sending 80 a day, personalising each one with AI, following up and booking the meetings into your calendar — without you touching anything — is another.
